From sun rooms and mountain views to owning a house in one of Canada's strongest real estate markets, buying a $600,000 property in Alberta has its share of advantages.

Alberta had the lowest rate of inflation across the country in February, Statistics Canada reported, and that's just one factor that could attract more people to buy properties in a province that is already home to some of Canada's hottest real estate markets.

The smallest increase in consumer prices was in Alberta and British Columbia, making Alberta an even more desirable province to live or invest in.

"Consumer prices in Alberta rose 0.9 per cent in the 12 months to February following a 0.5 per cent decline in the previous month," Statistics Canada said.

As Alberta's real estate market stays ahead of the game, here's a look at what $600,000 would buy across the province.
