Who better to model for the 'Rihanna for River Island' collection than RiRi herself?
The "Unapologetic" singer took to Instagram on April 2 to show off some of the looks from the U.K.-based brand's collection in a series of amateur shots that not only showed off pieces from the clothing line, but also Rihanna's enviable figure.
Channeling '90s street grunge in a denim ensemble that showed off her toned stomach, Rihanna accessorized with a backwards cap, studded backpack, over-sized sunglasses and Chanel earrings.
In another outfit captioned, "Rockin dat #RIHforRIVERISLAND," RiRi modeled a black, overall-style dress paired with a Chanel cuff and long red nails.
Despite the superstar's backing, the collection isn't exactly being raved about by fashion critics. The media responded to its debut at London Fashion Week in February with some rather abysmal reviews -- The Daily Beast even described the collection as "a horror show" (yikes!).
At least we can say that this has been one of RiRi's most tame uses of social media lately -- the 25-year-old Barbadian beauty often takes to Twitter and Instagram to share intimate moments between her and on-again-off-again boyfriend Chris Brown, to post photos of herself smoking questionable substances, and share NSFW pics of her shapely butt.
