Bruins' Patrice Bergeron suffers concussion

Boston Bruins centre Patrice Bergeron suffered a concussion on Tuesday during the game against the Ottawa Senators.

Bergeron got injured in the second period after colliding with Senators forward Colin Greening. he left the game shortly after and did not return.

"I don't know when you'll see him again … he sounded real good and I told him we'll work together in getting him back," said Bruins general manager Peter Chiarelli.

In 35 games this season, Bergeron is Boston's leading scorer with 31 points and also ranks first in assists with 21. He leads the NHL with 61.5 per cent success rate on faceoffs.
