The RCMP in Nova Scotia have reopened the investigation into the alleged rape of Rehtaeh Parsons and expressed a willingness to work with Anonymous, the hacker collective that has been tracking down information on the case and passing it to police.

Many on the social network expressed approval of the RCMP's decision and its new willingness to work with the hacktivists at Anonymous, but most remained critical of the way the Mounties have handled the case. You can read some of the most scathing tweets in the slideshow below.
