Kate Middleton’s baby due date is still months away, but many are already curious about where the royal newborn will live.
The Duchess of Cambridge reportedly plans to move in with her parents for the first six weeks after giving birth, according to the Daily Mail. There, Kate will forgo the use of a traditional maternity nurse and receive help from her mother Carole, herself a mother of three.
A previous report said Kate would ask Carole to move in with her so she could help care for the newborn royal.
Prince William and Kate were expected to bring their newborn home to Kensington Palace, however their their apartment probably won't be ready for the family until September or October, the Daily Mail said.
The royal couple temporarily live at Nottingham Cottage, in Kensington's grounds, and have a rented cottage in Angsley.
But others aren't so sure Kate will be heading to her parents' £4.85 million manor post-pregnancy.
“It's too early to say what the couple's plans are after the baby is born,” a source told E!.
We’ll have to wait until Kate’s July due date nears to know for sure.
