Best Travel Photos Of The Week: Globe-Trotting By Land, Sea And Air

The Best Travel Photos Of The Week
Jessica Lee

One of the great things about travel is that there are many ways to do it.

Sure, there are certain perks and downfalls to with each method but what matters is that there's choice. Whether you prefer to cruise, fly or even drive to your destination, the end result will be just the same. That's the theme of this week's round-up as Canadians show off photos of the land, sea and air in places in places like Europe, Asia and even just south of the Canadian border.

But don't expect your typical shots of clouds from the inside of a plane, the endless blue of an open sea of a long stretch of highway. No, these photos are more along the lines of two roosters flapping in the air as the peck and scratch each other during a cockfight in the city of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. They're the kind of photos found while taking not one, but two bus tours of Mexico City, capturing the well-worn signs to the Frida Kahlo Museum in the process. And who says you need to be on a boat to snap a great photo of the coast? Sometime a trip to find about your heritage will provide all the right photo opportunities. Now, there's more than just these three stories but rather than spoil them here, you can check out the gallery below.
