Cambridge man charged after alleged road-rage incident

A Cambridge man has been charged with assault following an alleged road-rage incident.

On Saturday afternoon, OPP found what appeared to be a disabled vehicle on the eastbound ramp of Highway 401 to Highway 6. A woman in the car made a statement that led police to investigate another driver.

The other driver turned himself in at the Cambridge detachment later that afternoon.

The 35-year-old man was charged with assault, stunt driving, careless driving and a child seatbelt offence.

He was released on a promise to appear in court on May 31.
