EDMONTON - A man wanted in Toronto on a charge of aggravated sexual assault has been arrested in Edmonton.

Police say the suspect was taken into custody at an apartment on the city's south side on Monday.

The Toronto Police Service is making arrangements for the man's return to Ontario.

Toronto police allege the 27-year-old man had unprotected sex with another man without disclosing that he is HIV positive and has hepatitis C.

A Canada-wide warrant had been issued for Rydel Golden Mclenon.
