Do you want Gwyneth Paltrow's fit Goop body but aren't sure how to get it?

The 40-year-old lifestyle guru, who advises Goop subscribers on the latest food, health and travel trends, keeps herself svelte enough to slip into sheer, side-bum revealing dresses by wearing one little accessory: a wristband.

Don't rush to judge People magazine's Most Beautiful Woman just yet! The "Iron Man 3" star swears by the $152 Jawbone Up band, which has a built-in motion sensor which keeps track of your activities, including how much you are running, walking or just sitting.

So if you're on a "Game of Thrones" marathon, the wristband will vibrate to tell you to get off your behind and get active. It will also tell you how many calories you've burned after you've completed a workout and, in conjunction with a smartphone app, scans the barcodes of food to inform you of how many calories you've consumed. (We wonder whether the foods in Gwyneth's new cookbook "It's All Good" are healthy enough for this wristband).

We're not surprised that the woman who recommended a $458,000 spring wardrobe uses such an expensive trinket.

Would you pay $152 for a bracelet that monitors your health and fitness?
