The suspects were identified from hundreds of videos and pictures offered to police by outraged bystanders who saw store windows being smashed and cars being set ablaze.
The Crown has so far approved criminal charges against 213 people, and 140 of them have entered guilty pleas.
An independent review of the riot blamed thugs fuelled by alcohol and said there wasn't much police or the city could have done to prevent it. (News1130)
