'Lightly felt' earthquake west of Montreal

Natural Resources Canada is reporting a minor earthquake near Rigaud, Quebec.

The 3.4 magnitude quake, which is being described as "lightly felt," happened at 4:43 pm local time.

The centre of the tremor was 10 kilometres east and south of Rigaud, and 46 kilomtres west of Montreal.
