It's official: Our pick for best dressed at Cannes 2013 goes to our favourite Aussie, Nicole Kidman!
The "Eyes Wide Shut" star, who was also a jury member for the prestigious film festival, upstaged all the other actresses vying for photographers' attentions in a variety of red carpet frocks.
We first saw Nic wear a sparkly body-skimming look at a photocall on the first day of the festival but later that evening she changed into a showstopping floral Dior gown for "The Great Gatsby" gala premiere. (Does she rule day and night dressing, or what?)

Nicole Kidman's Cannes 2013 Dresses
Then the 45-year-old mom pulled out all the stops in a black leather dress at a party hosted by Calvin Klein, although we doubted Kidman's sanity because it must have been really hot underneath.
Fortunately for the "Moulin Rouge!" star, no more hot, leather dresses were on the Cannes 2013 agenda; instead, Nicole got to wear a cooler L'Wren Scott gown, a white floral Valentino that was eerily similar to a gown Anne Hathaway almost wore to the Oscars, a sexy feathered Chanel frock and finally, a low-cut Giorgio Armani gown at the Cannes closing ceremony on Sunday. Phew!
What we really want to know is: Doesn't Nicole get tired of changing into different couture gowns every day? Actually, now that we think about it, it sounds kind of fun. (Except for that leather dress. We don't want to know how sweaty that got.)
