Metro Vancouver will get a few rounds of showers and cooler temperatures over the next couple of days, says CBC meteorologist Johanna Wagstaffe.

Steady showers overnight Monday will continue through the first half of Tuesday bringing about 15 to 30 millimetres of rain to the South Coast.

The showers will hang around Wednesday and Thursday, before drying out on Friday, giving Vancouver a weekend to look forward to.
