Man shot in targeted attack in Surrey

Police are investigating after a 27-year-old man arrived at a Surrey hospital Friday afternoon, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

Surrey RCMP say the man showed up at the hospital around 3:30 p.m. PT after he was shot at a home in the 14200 block of 108th Avenue in Surrey.

Police are continuing their investigation into the shooting, which they are calling a targeted attack. They say they have arrested a suspect.

The victim's injuries are believed to be serious.
