KAMLOOPS - Mounties in Kamloops say they have received photographs taken at a grad party where a 17-year-old girl was allegedly sexually assaulted.

Cpl. Cheryl Bush says police are reviewing them for any evidence.

About a thousand teens were at the outdoor party where the girl was taken into the bush and assaulted after she became separated from her friends.

Police have appealed for anyone who took photos of the assault to hand them over in order to avoid potential child pornography charges stemming from the crime.
