Some amazing footage has come from the floods in Alberta the past few days as people in Canmore, Calgary, High River and other communities capture the power of the rising water.

As many as 100,000 have been asked to leave their homes in Calgary while police asked citizens to stay at home. Those who have gone out to see the rising rivers have captured footage. Here are some of the most striking and shared videos.
