Beleskey, 25, scored eight goals and five assists with a +2 rating and 56 penalty minutes in 42 games with the Ducks last season. He led the club in hits (103), ranked second in PIM and tied for seventh in goals.
The six-foot, 206-pound winger collected two goals and an assist against Detroit in this year's playoffs. Selected in the fourth round (112th overall) of the 2006 NHL Entry Draft, Beleskey has 56 points with 199 PIM in 209 career games with Anaheim.
The Windsor, Ontario native has appeared in 13 career Stanley Cup Playoff games with the Ducks.
Canucks ink Pascal Pelletier
The Vancouver Canucks have signed left wing Pascal Pelletier, the club announced Sunday.
The 30-year-old played in 46 games last season with Langnau of the Swiss League where he had 19 goals and 35 points with 76 penalty minutes.
The five-foot-11, 190-pound forward has played in 13 career NHL games with the Chicago Blackhawks and Boston Bruins.
He's played in 357 career AHL games, collected 283 points and 277 penalty minutes.
Pelletier was a member of Canada's 2012 Spengler Cup winning team.
