Toronto fire probes flood-related building collapse

Toronto firefighters are responding to reports of a collapsed building in the city’s west end due to heavy flooding.

A Twitter message from Toronto Fire said they were responding to a “structural collapse due to flooding” of a building at 62 Belfield Rd., which is located near Kipling Avenue and Highway 401.

Police are asking people to stay away from the area.
