With her skin perfectly tanned and her hair in loose waves, the former "Gossip Girl" star added a pair of nude Christian Louboutins to her outfit.
We love how summer-ready Lively’s look is, but is that shirt a little too sheer? On the one hand, we’re all for keeping fashion light and easy when the mercury rises. On the other, we know it’s hard to wear without risking a wardrobe malfunction.
