Not even Mariah Carey could let a little thing like an injured shoulder keep her from looking glamorous.
The "Butterfly" diva tweeted a photo of herself (all dolled up, of course) reclining in a hospital bed and wearing an arm sling - a product of a dislocated shoulder.

Nick Cannon's wifey tweeted:
"dislocated my shoulder on the remix video with Jeezy, sporting a very fashionable sling for the next couple of weeks!"
The "Game of Thrones" fan hurt her heavenly body while filming a video for her new song "#Beautiful" which was directed by her doting hubby.
But the 43-year-old didn't look too put out, dahling; like a true "hero," Mariah just fluttered her eyelashes and gave the camera a resigned smile.
