RCMP in Port Coquitlam have issued a sketch of a suspect who allegedly sexually assaulted a realtor at an open house earlier this year.

Police say on the afternoon of May 4, the Asian male went to the open house on Rowland Street and allegedly assaulted the realtor.

"Fortunately, the realtor did not suffer any physical injury and was able to convince the male to leave," said a statement issued by Cpl. Jamie Chung on Wednesday morning.

The suspect is described as an Asian male in his mid 30s, with dark hair and eyes, and some bumps on his face. At the time of the incident, the male was wearing a T-shirt, jeans and running shoes.
