Police are looking for two suspects and their intended victim after shots were fired near a Mississauga housing complex on Sunday night.

Police were called to 99 Acorn Pl. near Highway 403 and Hurontario Street at 6:30 p.m., where buildings and at least one car had been hit by multiple bullets.

The preliminary investigation indicates two suspects got into an argument with a third person. The suspects fired shots, their target ran off and appears to have gotten away, according to Peel Regional Police. No one was injured.

All three were gone by the time police arrived. Police are interviewing witnesses but do not yet have descriptions of the suspects nor the name of the intended victim.
