Toronto police have arrested a man on a first-degree murder charge, after looking for him for more than three years.

Police say they made an arrest at Toronto Pearson International Airport on Friday afternoon.

Robert Owen Cave, 24, was arrested on a charge of first-degree murder.

A warrant was issued for Cave's arrest about three weeks after the shooting of Kevin Phouthonesy in November 2009.

Cave was due to appear in court on Saturday.

Police say they are still trying to identify two other suspects in Phouthonesy’s death.
