Vancouver showers return Thursday

Another round of rain is spinning up for Metro Vancouver, thanks to a low-pressure system slowly tracking inland to Washington, says CBC meteorologist Johanna Wagstaffe.

Showers will linger through Friday as the system continues tracking east. By Saturday, the low-pressure system will hopefully be out of the region for a relatively sunny and dry weekend. However, if it takes its time moving out, the Lower Mainland may end up with a cloudier start to the weekend.
