VIDEO: Vancouver high school celebrates literacy

It may be the first day of school today, but students at John Oliver Secondary School in Vancouver have been working hard all summer on a literary initiative that includes building bookshelves, designing literacy games, and collecting 14,000 books for a community book drive.

The CBC’s Negar Motjahedi has more on "The Wonder of Reading Event", which will culminate on Sept. 25 with a day-long celebration featuring literacy games and performances.
