An OC Transpo bus and a VIA Rail train collided in Ottawa on Wednesday morning, resulting in multiple fatalities, according to CBC.

Photos of the scene show people lying on the ground, and workers assisting them after the crash. Significant damage to the front end of the double-decker bus can be seen.
