Amarpreet Sivia Dead: Surrey Motorcycle Crash Kills Schoolgirl

A teenage girl is dead and two others are in hospital after being hit by a motorcycle in Surrey.

The three Princess Margaret Secondary School students were hit in the intersection of 128th Street and 68th Avenue at around 11.30 a.m. Wednesday, Surrey RCMP said.

UPDATE: The teenage girl killed in a Surrey motorcycle accident has been identified as Amarpreet Sivia, CTV News reported.

Two of the girls were taken to hospital by air ambulance, where one subsequently died. The third teen and the driver of the motorcycle, described as a young male by police, were taken to a Surrey area hospital with serious injuries.

RCMP Cpl. Bert Paquet was not able to tell The Huffington Post B.C. the names or ages of those involved.
