SAINT JOHN, N.B. - The New Brunswick fall legislative session will begin Nov. 5 with a speech from the throne.

Premier David Alward says he has a busy agenda planned, including a capital budget that will be delivered before Christmas.

Alward made the announcement in Saint John as his Progressive Conservatives wrapped up a caucus retreat.

The party members spent the week in the port city to discuss their plans leading up to the next provincial election set for Sept. 22, 2014.
