Gilles Vaillancourt expected to enter plea in court

Former Laval mayor Gilles Vaillancourt and 36 other suspects will appear in court this morning in connection with multiple accusations.

Vaillancourt faces 12 charges including conspiracy, fraud, influence peddling, breach of trust and gangsterism.

He is expected to enter a plea of not guilty.
