Corb Lund is packing his guitar and leaving town.

The Hurtin' Albertan country singer has listed his Edmonton home for sale and will leave the Alberta capital for somewhere in southern Alberta, where he can be closer to his Taber-based family.

His home looks much like his music sounds – comfortable, modest and with a touch of history.

The single-family North Glenora home, located on 107A Ave., has three bedrooms and one bathroom and features an adorable loft and basement perfect for folk and country jam sessions.

The best part of the home, by far, is the massive rooftop patio that sits above the detached garage. Lund says he wrote most of his last album in this home. Looking at the photos of this home, it's not hard for one to picture the crooner strumming his guitar atop the roof on warm summer nights.

Lund's been prepping for the move for some time; in September he held a massive garage sale which saw hundreds of Edmontonians snake around the block, hoping to get their hands on some Lund merchandise.
