A fourth woman was sexually attacked on the University of British Columbia campus over the weekend, according to the Ubyssey student newspaper, making it the fourth such attack at the university in under a month.

The young woman has so far declined to report the assault to RCMP, says the newspaper.

The report of the incident follows a third attack that took place just after midnight on Saturday, when a 17-year-old was accosted by a man who tried to drag her into a wooded area.

Following that assault, University RCMP Sgt. Drew Grainger said, "This assault series has become University RCMP Detachment's top priority."
