GWAR Singer Oderus Urungus Reads 'Goodnight Moon' (VIDEO)

GWAR Read 'Goodnight Moon' (Yes, Really)

GWAR, everyone's favourite costumed heavy metal fiends, have been in the news a lot lately for a band that began in the mid-80s. There's that amazing petition to get GWAR to play the Superbowl halftime show in 2015, a petition that has wracked up over 45,000 signatures so far, as well as media coverage ranging from Keith Olbemann to MTV.

While that seems unlikely to ever actually happen, GWAR reading the beloved bedtime book "Goodnight Moon" seems equally unlikely -- except that it totally happened! Not only does Oderus Urungus read the Margaret Wise Brown children's classic from 1947, he also goes on a few helpful tangents to teach your your tots.

"Bears are not fucking friendly, OK," he warns your impressionable offspring. "Don't fuck around with bears, they'll bite yer little dicks off. And bears do not fucking sit in chairs, as well. What is this, a fairy tale?"

Thank you, Loudwire, you are amazing people who should now focus your energies on the NFL brass.

By the way, the video embedded above is the censored version while the one below features Oderus Urungus' flowery language in full bloom.
