Ramp closures will make it more difficult to reach Trudeau airport over the weekend and drivers are advised to use alternate routes.
Access to the airport will be closed from Highway 520 eastbound as of Friday at 10:30 p.m. to Sunday at 11:59 p.m.
To access the airport, drivers can use Michel-Jasmin Ave., Marshall Ave. and McMillan Blvd.
Those coming from Highway 20 westbound can access the airport via Highway 13 northbound and Highway 520 westbound.
Overnight Saturday and Sunday, there will be a complete closure of highway 720/20 westbound on the interchange, and the on-ramp for the 720 westbound to Highway 15 southbound.
Getting off and on the island, there will be lane closures on the Île-des-Sœurs and Champlain bridges.
Traffic may be much more congested when getting on the Champlain Bridge from the Turcot Interchange during this period, as well as access to Montreal by Highway 15 from the Champlain Bridge.
Transport Quebec recommends drivers take Bonaventure expressway to access the bridge for the whole weekend.
Due to repaving work, eastbound Route 132 will be completely closed near the Longueuil interchange.
The 132 eastbound will be closed overnight Saturday between the exit for the Lafontaine Tunnel and the entrance to the 132 from Highway 20 westbound.
Transport Quebec recommends drivers visit www.quebec511.info before hitting the road.
