Margaret Atwood, Alice Munro Are Friends And It's Amazing (TWEETS)
Sometimes two famous (and super awesome) people come together in friendship, and the result leaves the rest of us "common folk" swooning.
Such is the case with Canadian literary legends Margaret Atwood and Alice Munro.
On Oct. 27, Atwood tweeted a photo of herself wrapped in the warm embrace of none other than recent Nobel Prize in Literature winner Alice Munro. They were hanging out in the B.C. capital's Fairmont Empress Hotel. Too cute:
In a secret lair in #victoria BC Empress Hotel, #Alice Munro and I have a quiet Hooray yesterday. http://t.co/FTLGwIZoXW

Then Atwood tweeted another photo, this time of the two women clinking glasses of what we can only imagine is champagne. Because it's a celebration—of Munro's win, and of how awesome it is that these two are friends.
And then we hoist a glass! Clink! #AliceMunro @randomhouseca @randomhouse http://t.co/AG1jSkSoaz
