Princess Charlene is definitely giving Kate Middleton a run for her money as the most stylish royal.

The Princess of Monaco looked flawless while attending a private screening of "To Catch A Thief," the 1955 thriller that starred her late mother-in-law, Grace Kelly, at the Museum of Modern Art on Monday night. The New York City event was held to benefit the Pincess Grace Foundation.

The 35-year-old beauty looked absolutely radiant as she posed for pictures with the event organizer, Ralph Lauren, his wife Ricky and their son Andrew. Lauren is also the man responsible for designing the beautiful jumpsuit worn by Charlene, which featured a strapless bodice, belted waist and wide-leg, 1970s-inspired pants.

Charlene seems to be turning into a big fan of the American fashion designer, as she was spotted in another of his designs, a stunning purple mermaid gown, at his fashion show in Paris earlier this month.

The royal wore her blond hair away from her face and kept her accessories to a minimum, with just a simple diamond bracelet on her wrist. Her makeup was left natural, to show off her beautiful skin. The jumpsuit also worked wonders in showing off her signature toned arms and shoulders (she was an Olympic swimmer after all).

This appearance comes after the Princess and her husband, Prince Albert of Monaco, paid tribute to the late Princess Grace in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
