Infamous phallic sculptor strikes again in Windsor park

Windsor’s infamous phallic sculptor has struck again.

Someone has trimmed a public bush into the shape of penis on Windsor’s riverfront.

It’s the second time this month that a bush near the Odette Sculpture Gardens had changed shape.

In October, City staff said vandals were responsible for trimming a shrub to look like a phallic symbol on the waterfront. Workers moved quickly to fix that three-metre tall shrub.

Now, a smaller shrub next to the first one has been reshaped.

Two crews from the city's parks department stopped by the shrub Wednesday but never made any changes.

Calls to John Micelli, the city's director of parks and facilities, were not immediately returned.
