Hmmm, this young lady may be waiting for a very long time. Getty photographer Derek Leung snapped a photo of this happy couple at Tuesday night's Toronto Maple Leafs game in Edmonton.
Of course, Leafs fans are hopeful because the team actually looks like a contender this year. They're 9-4-0 and first in the Atlantic Division. But remember that the hockey gods are fickle and cruel and the Leafs haven't touched Lord Stanley's Cup since 1967. How about something more reasonable like, "I'll marry my girlfriend when the Leafs have a mid-season collapse." Or, "The only other person I love more is Doug Gilmour?"
