It's almost time for the annual National Gingerbread Showcase, where culinary creativity is pushed to its limits, and things are done with gingerbread that may just blow your mind.
Exhibit A: this year's entry from Chef Aaron Lawrence of Catalano Restaurant in Victoria's Magnolia Hotel and Spa.

All in good fun and for a good cause, the showcase will be on display at the Inn at Laurel Point in Victoria from Nov. 23 to Jan. 4, with all funds raised going to Habitat For Humanity Victoria.
We know we're not in Ontario, but surely there's room for a killer Rob Ford/Bad Santa entry in here, somewhere? Come on, people...
