She's known as the broody Lisbeth Salander in the original "The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo" but Noomi Rapace has firmly left the brunette behind her.

The Swedish actress, who sported a spunky mohawk in the trilogy, showed off her new platinum blond hair when she attended the "Waltz for Monica" premiere at the Marrakech International Film Festival in Morocco on Wednesday.

To balance out her sunny hair, the 33-year-old donned a dramatic black Elie Saab gown which featured long silk sleeves and a billowing train.

Noomi completed her totally glamorous look with a bold red lip and a gold belt.

Although we don't see the "Prometheus" actress on the red carpet that often, she always makes an impression with her unique and fun sense of style.

Check out the ultra cool Elie Saab cape she sported this week and the daring Pucci gown she wore at the "Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows" premiere.

We want more Noomi!
