Hockey legend Wayne Gretzky is selling his Thousand Oaks, CA townhouse, according to BuzzBuzz Home. It’s on the market for $1.899 million.

The 3,758 square-foot home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and “boasts stunning views of the Santa Monica Mountains and Lake Sherwood,” the listing says. It’s behind the gates of Sherwood Country Club and has access to the private club’s amenities.

The Great One also owned a custom-built mansion within Sherwood Country Club, which he sold for $18.5 million in 2007.

The townhouse listing follows the sale of another Gretzky property. Number 99 recently sold his Scottsdale, AZ vacation home for $2.875 million.
