Child struck by vehicle at Dundas and Sackville

A child was struck by a vehicle in downtown Toronto on Monday afternoon, but police say the victim's injuries don't appear to be life-threatening.

The incident happened at about 4 p.m., at Dundas Street East and Sackville Street.

Paramedics reported taking the child to hospital in serious condition, though police believe the victim is going to be okay.

Police did not immediately have details to provide on the collision.
