If you were a plastic surgeon, would you perform surgery on your daughters?
That decision, which comes with its own ethical and moral dilemmas, was apparently an easy one for Dr. Michael Niccole, who routinely performs plastic surgery on his two adopted daughters Charm and Brittani.
The Orange County, California-based doctor first operated on daughter Charm when she was ten years old (to turn her outie bellybutton into an innie) and ever since, Charm and her sis, who are both 25, have gone under their dad's knife many times for plastic surgeries such as breast augmentation (Brittani got a boob job for her 18th birthday) and nose jobs.
In a rather disturbing video, we get to watch the sisters receive Botox injections and face peels among other non-invasive surgeries at their father's clinic.
"Every other month I'll get something done to my skin," Charm told Barcroft Media. "I think Botox is important because it prevents you from getting wrinkles. I also get Botox in my armpits, which helps me stop sweating."
Charm and Brittani started getting Botox when they were only teenagers and both say they have no qualms about being living advertisements for their father's clinic.
"Some people say, 'Isn't it weird that your dad has seen your breasts?' and I say no," said Brittani. "First of all I'm his daughter and he's seen me naked when I was a baby, so really who cares?"
Their mom, Penny, was initially reluctant about her young daughters undergoing plastic surgery but eventually relented.
"I fought it for a long time," said Penny, "but when I saw how much [my daughter] hated her nose, I gave in again."
Their dad however, never even questioned himself about whether he should be performing surgeries on his daughters.
"They have grown up in an environment of beauty," he said. "Our cars are always immaculate, our house is immaculate and all our friends are beautiful."
