It's all too easy to find dramatic stories of celebrity weight loss and gain, whether it's due to a new role, a breakup or (how could they?) a pregnancy.
So here at the end of 2013, we're here to celebrate those stars who worked hard on their bodies this year, choosing to get stronger and healthier overall. Some - heck, most - looked great to begin with, but like so many of us, wanted to go the extra mile. And by the way, new moms? Keep enjoying that baby and worry about getting the weight off when you've had more than four hours of sleep in a row.
