DALLAS (AP) — DeAndre Jordan scored a career-high 25 points to match Blake Griffin, and Los Angeles rallied to beat Dallas after Chris Paul left with a separation to his right shoulder that will keep him out three to five weeks.
Jordan and Griffin combined for 10 points on a 16-2 game-closing run to wipe out a 110-103 deficit in the final 4 minutes. Jordan was 11 of 14 from the field and had 18 rebounds, while Griffin added 15 boards.
Dirk Nowitzki was a game-time decision with a sprained left ankle but hit six of his first seven shots and had 14 points at halftime on his way to 24 for the Mavericks.
Paul had 19 points at halftime before leaving midway through the third quarter.
NUGGETS 111, GRIZZLIES 108
DENVER (AP) — Ty Lawson scored 18 points, including a key 3-pointer with less than a minute to play, and Denver snapped an eight-game losing streak by beating Memphis.
Lawson also had 12 assists for the Nuggets, who played without Andre Miller. His two-game suspension stemming from a verbal clash with coach Brian Shaw during Wednesday's loss to the Philadelphia 76ers was rescinded by the club, but Miller will remain away from the club, excused from all team activities, until Monday under a newly issued personal leave.
Kenneth Faried and Timofey Mozgov added 16 points apiece for Denver and Nate Robinson had 15 points, including nine in the fourth quarter.
Zach Randolph had 25 points to lead Memphis and Mike Conley added 23. Mike Miller narrowly missed a tying 3-pointer at the buzzer.
LAKERS 110, JAZZ 99
LOS ANGELES (AP) — Pau Gasol had 23 points and 17 rebounds and injury-riddled Los Angeles defeated Utah using its sixth different starting point guard of the season.
Kendall Marshall was given the assignment by coach Mike D'Antoni, who has used 18 different starting lineups this season. He was the 14th player to start a game for the Lakers overall, finishing with 20 points and 15 assists in 40 minutes — all career highs.
Trailing by 21 points with 4 minutes left in the third quarter, Utah narrowed the gap to 90-86 with a 19-7 run capped by Enes Kanter's short jumper with 4:47 to play. But Nick Young responded with a 20-footer to ignite a game-ending 16-9 run that was highlighted by 3-pointers by Jodie Meeks and Kendall Marshall.
Gordon Hayward scored 22 points for the Jazz.
RAPTORS 101, WIZARDS 88
WASHINGTON (AP) — DeMar DeRozan scored 20 points, Kyle Lowry outplayed John Wall with 19 points and 11 assists, and Toronto won its season-high fifth consecutive game by beating Washington.
Atlantic Division-leading Toronto improved to 16-15, the first time since January 2010 its winning percentage has been above .500 at least 30 games into a season.
Patrick Patterson scored Toronto's last 11 points of the third quarter, when the Raptors outscored the Wizards 36-16 to blow open a game that was tied with less than a minute left in the first half. Patterson finished with 18 points.
Wall was limited to 11 points and six assists after scoring at least 20 in eight straight games.
Nene led the Wizards with 15 points. They've lost five of their past six home games.
PELICANS 95, CELTICS 92
BOSTON (AP) — Anthony Davis had 23 points and nine rebounds and Tyreke Evans scored 16 points with a key basket late to lead New Orleans over Boston.
The win may prove costly for the Pelicans after reserve forward Ryan Anderson was taken from the court on a stretcher after he collided with Boston's Gerald Wallace early in the fourth quarter. Both players went to the floor hard. Anderson had 13 points and seven boards before leaving.
The Celtics said a preliminary diagnosis indicated a "cervical stinger."
New Orleans won for the fourth time in six games, but had lost six of its last seven on the road.
Avery Bradley led Boston with 22 points. Jeff Green and Brandon Bass each scored 16. Jared Sullinger added 13 points and 11 rebounds. Green also had 11 boards.
ROCKETS 102, KNICKS 100
HOUSTON (AP) — James Harden scored 37 points and Aaron Brooks made a pair of free throws with 17 seconds left to send Houston past New York.
The Knicks had a chance to tie it at the end of the game, but Iman Shumpert missed a shot before Andrea Bargnani grabbed a rebound and dished it to Beno Udrih, whose running jump shot rolled in and out of the basket at the buzzer.
Udrih and J.R. Smith both missed 3-pointers for the Knicks with under a minute remaining. Brooks grabbed the rebound on the second one and was fouled by Udrih to set up the game-winning free throws.
Shumpert, who scored a career-high 27 on Thursday night, led the Knicks with 26 and Carmelo Anthony added 25.
