Vancouver Real Estate Song Voices A City's Pain

As Vancouver's property market continues to prove unaffordable formany, one local has given his frustration a creative outlet, composing the "Vancouver Housing Price Drop Song".

The ditty, which calls on the market to "drop, drop, drop" and "pop, pop, pop" was uploaded to YouTube by user conradpoon, who says it is "just a funny song about a guy who can't afford the outrageous Vancouver BC real estate prices with a measly average Vancouver income".

He also apologizes for his singing with, "Sorry, I tried my best".
