Yes, we've been hearing a lot of gripes about the recent cold snap that's hit most of Canada and the United States.
Fortunately, these two from the Winnipeg Free Press know that -30 celsius weather (-22 fahrenheit) is the perfect time to get out your water guns and have a little shootout.

It sure looks a lot safer than throwing boiling hot water in the air and trying to see if it freezes. That cold weather trick has apparently scalded dozens of people in the U.S.
