York Regional Police say that a teenage girl died in a shooting outside a townhouse complex in Richmond Hill yesterday, along with an 18-year-old man from Brampton.

Three people were shot in the early part of Wednesday morning at a crime scene near Yonge Street and Major Mackenzie Drive East. Police found the victims inside a red Lexus.

The female victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Police revealed Thursday that she was just 15 years old.

Two male victims were taken to hospital, but one died of his injuries.

Police have identified the deceased man as Premier Hoang, 18 of Brampton.

A 20-year-old Brampton man is the second male who was shot. He remains in critical condition.

Police say the man in critical condition is related to the slain female, which has prompted them to withhold her identity from the public.

Post-mortems for the two slain individuals are scheduled to take place Thursday.

Police believe that at least two males were involved in the shooting.

It is believed that the attack was not random, but investigators say they are looking for the public’s help in learning more about the deadly shooting and the people behind it.
