2013's Winners And Clunkers In Consumer Tech (INFOGRAPHIC)

LOOK: Tech's Winners And Losers

As this year's Consumer Electronics Show wraps up with promises of wearable gadgets and internet-connected cars, website FinancesOnline.com is looking back at 2013, and the best and worst gadgets to come out in a year of big changes for consumer tech.

Perhaps not surprisingly, the site names Apple's iPhone 5S the winner among smartphones, while BlackBerry's long-awaited but poorly-received BlackBerry 10 was named the year's "clunker."

"This was intended to be BlackBerry's hero phone, the savior of a sinking ship," the website says. "Didn't happen."

Among tablets, Apple was the winner once again, though Amazon's Kindle Fire HD was named a "game changer."

FinancesOnline.com also looked at the year's winners and losers in laptops, gaming systems, wearable gadgets, apps and more. Check out the infographic:
