Woman killed in collision at Eglinton and Northcliffe

A woman is dead after she was struck by a vehicle on Sunday evening.

A Toronto EMS spokesperson told CBC News that the collision happened at Eglinton Avenue West and Northcliffe Boulevard.

The victim is believed to be in her mid-30s.

Toronto police say that the westbound lanes of Eglinton Avenue West are currently closed as a result of the crash.

The TTC says that its 32 Eglinton West and 63 Ossington buses are diverting as a result of the crash.
