When we saw photos of Claire Danes at the 2014 SAG Awards, the first thing we thought was: "Damn, girl!"

The "Homeland" star was the antithesis of CIA agent Carrie Mathison on Saturday when she stunned in a flowing, sheer gown and gorgeous makeup that made her beautiful eyes really pop.

The 34-year-old mom wore a Vionnet gown with a long train and blue paillette embroidery over the black and nude tulle which made it look as if the "Romeo & Juliet" star was wearing chic armour.

But one of the best parts of the actress' look was her dramatic makeup which featured black smokey eyes, berry lips and light pink blush. Even Claire's dark blond tresses sported a lot of va-va-voom as it framed her angular face.

Toting along husband Hugh Dancy down the red carpet, the "Grey Gardens" actress looked happy to be amongst her peers, which included former "My So-Called Life" co-star Jared Leto, who won the SAG award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in "Dallas Buyers Club."

Claire was more than happy to talk about her famous friend and told Giuliana Rancic, "I'm very proud of him."

Which dress do you like better?
